A matrimonial finance and probate specialist, Deborah Dinan-Hayward is head of the Albion Chambers’ Matrimonial Finance Team. She completed a three-year course at the University of Law in contentious probate and trusts, and qualified as an Associate Member the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). Deborah is also an arbitrator and a member of the CIArb and speaks and writes regularly on contested probate, matrimonial finance and TOLATA issues.
