Overview
Jonathan has practiced in Bristol since 1993.
He spent several years prosecuting and defending serious criminal cases. Before focusing exclusively on family work in 2015 Jonathan was a Grade 4 prosecutor.
He now specialises in disputes involving matrimonial finance. He is also regularly briefed to appear in trusts of land disputes and claims under Schedule 1 Children Act.
Jonathan is familiar with all aspects of financial disputes on breakdown of marriage and routinely advises clients in cases involving high value pensions, trusts, businesses and properties.
He also represents clients engaged in out-of-court mediation and independent evaluation.
