Albion barristers have a wealth of experience and a formidable reputation in health and safety work, from initial advice through to representation at trial.
We cover this work nationally and the team consists of two King’s Counsel and five members of the team who are approved by the Attorney General to prosecute on behalf of the health and safety executive.
All members of the team have been involved in some of the most serious trials in recent years, across the Western Circuit and beyond, usually representing companies and directors in cases involving fatality and serious injury.
