Mehtab Bhandal

Mehtab joined Albion Chambers in October 2025. She is undertaking a specialist family public law pupillage under the supervision of Fiona Farquhar.

Mehtab has a background in representing local authorities as an education tribunal officer and is adept at advancing positions through efficient instruction-taking, drafting written submissions, and presenting oral arguments at hearings.

She is accepting instructions in care cases to represent parents, guardians and local authorities. Mehtab also accepts instructions in private law Non-Molestation applications and 16.4 Guardian cases.
