Chambers is proud to announce that Kate Brunner QC has been appointed as Chair of the Appeal Board for the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA). The PMCPA is the regulatory body which administers the code of practice of the British Pharmaceutical Industry. She will take-up this part-time appointment on 1 January 2021.

We congratulate Kate on her achievement and know that her extensive experience and expertise in the fields of regulatory and healthcare law, will be a valuable contribution to the Board’s work in ensuring the independent administration of self-regulation of the pharmaceutical industry.

On her appointment Kate said:
