Recent Inquest – David Sapiecha

David Sapiecha recently represented Oxford City Council at an inquest where, tragically a young man was ejected from a city centre nightclub.

He was intoxicated and became disorientated, walking into a flood plain where he sadly drowned.

Serious issues of licensing and welfare along with flood planning and signage were raised.
