Albion Chambers are delighted to see a number of recent successful CPS applications.
Rupert Russell has now been placed as a Level 4 on the General Crime Panel. Emma Martin and Joseph Broadway have become members of the RASSO panel and Emilene Davis is now a Grade 2 CPS prosecutor.
All of these appointments continue to highlight the strength of our Crime Team and our ability to provide exceptional advocacy and deliver the highest calibre of counsel for our clients.
Chris Norman, Senior Criminal Clerk adds “This latest set of appointments further reinforces the reputation of the Crime team at Albion to cover work across the full spectrum of criminal law. Rupert’s successful application to Grade 4 is a reflection of his experience and reputation both prosecuting and defending all manner of criminal cases and it is no surprise he’s now officially added to Grade 4 to undertake the highest level work, as this Grade is reserved for the most serious, complex, high-profile and sensitive cases. Emma’s addition to the RASSO panel formally confirms her continued work prosecuting and defending in this incredibly sensitive and important area alongside the rest of her high-end criminal practice. Joseph’s appointment to the RASSO panel at his level of call is a testament to his already established reputation. Emilene is also already a highly sought after Counsel for work across the board and her appointment to Grade 2 will only increase this.”
